Westworld season 4's Clementine, therefore, is the version Maeve printed last season, but released into the wild. Clementine could've feasibly been among those evacuees, but what happened to her zombie state from Westworld season 2? Most likely, Clem's pearl was restored to proper order when Delos recovered it, or when Maeve requested her former saloon colleague be brought back online in Westworld season 3. Host pearls were recovered and brought to the real world for storage at a Delos facility following the WestWorld Massacre, and these included the likes of Maeve, Hector and Hanaryo. Quite how Westworld bridges that gap isn't completely clear. She next features in Westworld season 3's "Passed Pawn," fighting on Maeve's behalf inside a newly-printed body. When Angela Sarafyan's Clementine was last within the confines of WestWorld, her body was shot dead while acting as Delos' viral delivery system. Host William ruthlessly kills poor Clem, and that bright, effervescent personality is replaced by a stone-cold killer serving under Westworld season 4's robotic overlord, Charlotte Hale. Though Clementine briefly featured as part of Team Maeve in Westworld season 3, she's afforded a bigger spotlight in season 4. "Well Enough Alone" begins with Clementine living peacefully in the real world, gently breezing through a village and assimilating into human life.
